1.Conditional letter of employment or proof of income.
2.Conditional verification of tenant's credit report to the full satisfaction of Landlord and consent to check payment habits
3.Tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) for the duration of the lease and
must be provided prior to the signature of lease.
4.Tenant must provide confirmation Letter of the Hydro Quebec Account Transfer.
5.Only tenants who are listed on the promise to lease and the lease agreement are allowed to reside within the premise. Any unauthorized residents would be considered a breach of the lease.

7.Tenant shall not, and shall not permit anyone to, use, grow, smoke tobacco or cannabis,
or any other illegal substance in any indoor part of the premises, the common areas or the
property of which they form a part.
